One-to-one personal training: during a private and confidential consultation your personal trainer will listen to your own requirements. Following this free consultation a bespoke and tailored programme of health and fitness is devised for you. This will include a recommendation for the frequency for both one-to-one fully supported personal training and supplementary exercise and health programming. Whether your needs are to look good, feel good, overcome illness or injury or train for a specific event we can provide the knowledge, support and motivation to get you there. All trainers are registered at level three or above with the Register of Exercise Professionals, certifying professional expertise. We deal with your needs in absolute confidentiality, with utmost professionalism, courtesy and discretion. Twotone are very used to making all clients comfortable, welcome and confident with our service.

Group training: our fees remain the most competitive within Hertfordshire, providing excellent value for money. Even so if you would like to share the cost with one or two friends we are happy to discuss fees with you. Group training with one or two friends with similar fitness goals can add to the enjoyment and aids the motivation from time to time.  
Specific event training: during our fourteen years as personal trainers we've helped our clients achieve just about any kind of goal you can think of. Our clients have trained to climb Kilimanjaro, run marathons and achieve a particular dress sizes for their wedding day to name but a few. Let us know what you wish to achieve and when; we'll show you how. We have proven success formulas for every set of circumstances.  
Injury or rehabilitation: Many clients come to us on referral from their GP or physiotherapist. Twotone personal trainers are very used to working with health practitioners in order to rehabilitate particular joints or muscle groups. We have also worked with those returning to exercise following serious illness. On site we also have links with a very accomplished physiotherapist and sports injury specialist.

Weight loss programme: ask one of our personal trainers about our 6,8,12 or 24 week weight loss programme. A powerful and results orientated programme combining weekly personal training and nutritional guidance every step of the way. Impressive results each time!  
Sports specific training: tailored programmes of personal training available in order to prepare you for the ski season, football season, cycling and many other seasonal pursuits.  
Pushed for time: we understand that you may lead a very busy life where time is precious. Most personal training sessions last between one hour depending on requirements. However, if it's just 30 or 45 minutes you've spare today we can create something suitable for you.  
Nutritional planning and advice: in support of your ongoing exercise and fitness training we are trained to provide you with the nutritional advice specific to your goals.  
Exclusive fitness studios: Our studios and gym in the centre of Sandridge are available exclusively for the use of our clients. Membership is not required and we are equally happy for you to visit us for personal training or for one of our personal trainers to visit you at your own location.  
Surroundings: within a few yards we have plenty of outdoor space within the Hertfordshire countryside if you prefer to train outdoors or would like us to join you for a run.  
Gifts for someone you care about: Christmas, birthdays or anniversaries. You can pre-purchase one or more personal training sessions for family or friends. These can be packaged to your requirements. What better gift than the opportunity to improve health!
